Every young student of oenology dream about having his own vineyard. Filip Nagy was not different than others. He was an extraordinarily good student, but still, practice is practice.

Together with his colleague from the university they started the project called 7 rows, which refers to 7 rows of one vineyard they have rented, in order to craft their first vintage. It began in 2014, with one white and one red wine, as the part of Filip’s master thesis, in the cellar of colleague’s grandmother in Nemcicky, despite having no running water there. Just beautiful.

In 2016 they already had six new wines, every one very limited. Few years later they have decided to stop the collaboration and Filip took over the whole project.

Every vintage of 7 rows wines tastes differently, then previous one. You can be sure that you will not drink the same wine two years in row, no matter if the vinification and grapes were the same. Filip works highly intuitive, leaving the nature speak for itself.

One of the greatest artisan of his generation, Filip creates colorful and vibrant wines that will make you feel alive and…joyful.
